2.0PREVIOUS MINUTES

2.1The minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 17th November 2015 as circulated were confirmed as a true record of matters discussed.

3.0CORRESPONDENCE

3.1 SW has been in contact with Vattenfall regarding the next allocation of grant funding for 2016. The figures have been sent to Vattenfall for approval.

3.0WEBSITE

3.1AA discussed that the site had been down significantly over the past year, Emily advised that there had been problems with the hosting company that she has since ceased using their services and a new company is now being used with no further problems. Emily asked that the Parishes are encouraged to enter their own information on the site to increase the usability of the site keeping the residents up to date. It was agreed that Katherine would upload the relevant information for each of the Parish Council’s, to be discussed further at the next meeting.

6.0ANY OTHER BUSINESS

6.1PA asked whether any of the other Parish Councils would consider contributing towards the running cost of the youth club, for any residents that attend from one of the surrounding parishes. Each Director agreed to discuss with their own Parish Council and PA would look into the numbers of attendees outside of South Kilworth and report back.

6.2This will be the current Clerks last meeting, the Directors thanked her for her assistance over the years and also warmly welcomed our new Clerk Katherine.
