Catthorpe Manor

The current manor house was built in 1925 following a fire that burnt the original building to the ground in the early 19th Century. The estate has been owned since 1975 by registered charity ‘The Latvian Welfare Trust’.

Catthorpe Manor is a distinctive, versatile and elegant country manor house set within 22 secluded acres of landscaped gardens, parkland and woodland on the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire borders.

Nestling between the attractive villages of Lilbourne and Catthorpe, home of the infamous A14 Catthorpe interchange, and dating back to the 19th Century, the estate has a diverse history and has been owned by the Latvian Welfare Fund for over 35 years.
